The correct option is B L.C.M. =32.4 and H.C.F. =0.036

For finding HCF and LCM of decimals we should remove the decimal point and find the highest common factor and least common multiple as usual.

So removing decimals we get numbers

3.6x1000=3600,1.08x1000=1080,0.324x1000=324

HCF of 3600,1080,324 is 36

LCM of 3600,1080,324 is 32400

Since we multiplied every number by 1000 to remove decimals so we should devide HCF and LCM by 1000 So our required HCF=0.036 and required LCM=32.4

So the correct answer will be Option B
