breadth, b =8 cm

Area $=l\times b$

$\therefore l\times 8=120l=\frac{120}{8}$

l =15 cm

$\therefore$ Perimeter =2(l+b)

$=2(15+8)=2\times 23=46cm$

$\therefore$ Length =15 cm; Perimeter =46 cm
