The correct option is A 163 N
Volume of cork life belt = 40.2×103m3
= 2×102m3
So mass of sea water displaced = 1.03×103×2×102kg
= 20.6 kg
So, difference in buoyant force = 20.6 - 4
= 16.6 kg
hence force = 16.6×9.8
= 163 N
