Find the magnitude of each of the numbers in the following pairs, determine which magnitude is bigger and find the difference between the two magnitudes.

The magnitude of an integer is the numerical value regardless of its sign.
The magnitude of +15 is 15 and that of –20 is 20.
The magnitude 20 is greater than that of 15.
∴ Difference between the two magnitudes = 20 – 15 = 5
