The values given in the question are,
μ1=0.2; μ2=0.3; m1=4 kg; m2=1 kg

We know that by formula,

Fmax=(m1+m2)(μ1g+as) and also we know that as=μ2g

Fmax=(4+1)(0.2×10+0.3×10)=25 N.

Hence the maximum force in this case is 25 N.
