Finding the mean:
Mean (or sometimes called arithmetic mean) of a number of observations is defined as the sum of all observations divided by the number of observations.
$Mean = \frac{Sum of all observations}{Number of observations}$
$\begin{array}{rcl} Mean & = & \frac{11 + 12 + 13 + 14 + 15 + 16 + 17 + 18 + 19 + 20}{10} \\ = & \frac{155}{10} \\ = & 15.5 \end{array}$
Hence the mean of the given data is $15.5$
