n = 25 $\sum f_{i} u_{i} = - 23$
Mean $= a + h ¯ u$
$¯ u = \frac{1}{n} k \sum i - l f_{i} u_{i} = \frac{1}{100} (9) = .09$
Hence $¯ x = a + h ¯ u = 25 + 10 (29)$
= 25 + 0.9 = 25.9
