We know that the central angle of a circle is $360^{\circ}$ .

arc (AB) subtends $∠ A O B$ .

arc (ACB) subtends the reflex angle $∠ A O B$ .

$\Rightarrow$ Reflex $∠ A O B = 360 -$ acute $∠ A O B$

$= 360 - 80 = 280^{\circ}$

Hence, measure of angle subtended by arc (ACB) = $280^{\circ}$
