We know that the measure of the supplementary angle of $x^{\circ}$ is equal to $(180^{\circ} - x^{\circ})$ .

(i) Measure of the supplementary angle of $45^{\circ}$

$= 180^{\circ} - 45^{\circ} = 135^{\circ}$

(ii) Measure of the supplementary angle of $57^{\circ}$

$= 180^{\circ} - 57^{\circ} = 123^{\circ}$
