Given data: $7, 4, 2, 5, 1, 4, 0, 10, 3, 8, 5, 9, 2$
Arrange the observations in ascending order: $0, 1, 2, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10$
Here, the total number of observations $(n)$ $= 13$
When $n$ is odd, the median $= v a l u e o f (\frac{n + 1}{2}) t h o b e r v a t i o n$
$= v a l u e o f \frac{13 + 1}{2} o b s e r v a t i o n$
$= v a l u e o f \frac{14}{2} t h o b s e r v a t i o n$
$= v a l u e o f 7 t h o b s e r v a t i o n$
$= 4$
Hence, the median of the given data is $4$ .
