Since no. of observations is 8, an even number, there will be two middle terms. So, the median will be the average of $(\frac{8}{2}{)}^{th}$ and the $(\frac{8}{2}+1{)}^{th}$ terms.
Median will be the average of the $4^{th}$ and $5^{th}$ terms

So, median = $\frac{80+90}{2}$ = 85.
