The sum of numbers in any row or column or diagonal of a magic square is the same.

The sum of numbers in 1st row
= 9 + 4 + 11 = 24.

The sum of numbers in 3rd row
= 5 + 12 + 7 = 24.

It is same for all rows, columns and diagonals.

The sum of numbers in 2nd row = 24
So 10 + 8 + ? = 24
18 + ? = 24
We know, 18 + 6 = 24

So, the missing number that should replace the question mark in the magic square is 6.
