Here we consider sum of first three numbers of the columns and divide the sum by the last number of a column.

For example, in the first column 6+7+8 = 21
Here the last number of this column is 3
Hence, 213=7
Hence, in every column if we apply the same condition it is all equal to 7

Let us consider second column
Here we have 7+15+13 =35.
In this column last digit is 5.
Hence, we have 355=7

Let us apply the same for third column
4+25+?7=7?=4929=20

Hence, option D is the correct answer.
