We know, moment of inertia about its center of mass Icom=23MR2
M.O.I about tangent of hollow sphere is I

Applying parallel axes theorem,
I=Icom+Md2 [ here d=R]
=23MR2+MR2
=53MR2
=53×1×(0.20)2 kg-m2
