Given, MOI about the axis passing through the diameter.

Moment of inertia about x-axis and y-axis is given by
Ix=Iy=2 kg m2
From the Perpendicular axis theorem,
MOI of disc about the z-axis (Iz) is given by
Iz=Ix+Iy
Iz=2+2
Iz=4 kg m2
