The horizontal components of forces will cancel out each other and the net force will be in vertically upward direction.
So, $F_{n e t} = 4 F c o s θ$
$= 4. \frac{k . Q q}{r^{2}} . \frac{h}{r}$
$= \frac{4 k Q q h}{{(h^{2} + \frac{a^{2}}{2})}^{\frac{3}{2}}}$ .
