No. of ways of selecting digit for first place = 9
No. of ways of selecting digit for second place = 10
No. of ways of selecting digit for third place = 10
No. of ways of selecting digit for fourth place = 10
No. of ways of selecting digit for last place = 1 ( it must be 0 for the number to be divisible by 10 )

So, Total numbers = $9 \times 10 \times 10 \times 10 = 9000$
