total number of different types of letters = 7we have to make a 4 letter word begin with T and also contain S ,no. of ways in which first letter can be filled = 1no. of ways in which second letter can be filled = 1 (let S is fixed)
left letters=5no. of ways it can be done = 1×1×5×4no S will also permutate in 3! ways =3!×20=120 ways
we have to make a 4 letter word begin with T and also contain S ,
