expanding along first column,
(x+a)(xb)(x+c)+(x+b)(xa)(xc)=0
[x3+(ab+c)x2+(acabbc)xabc]+[x3+(bac)x2+(acabbc)x+abc]=0
x3+(acabbc)x=0x=0,±b(a+c)ac,

Since given [b(a+c)ac>0]
