$\frac{3}{2}÷\frac{4}{5}=\frac{3}{2}\times \frac{5}{4}=\frac{15}{8}$
Let the required number =x
$\Rightarrow x$ to $\frac{5}{9}=\frac{15}{8}$
$\Rightarrow x÷\frac{5}{9}=\frac{15}{8}\Rightarrow x\times \frac{9}{5}=\frac{15}{8}$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{15}{8}\times \frac{5}{9}=\frac{5}{8}\times \frac{5}{3}=\frac{25}{24}$
