Let the number be x.
According to the question we can write as $\left(1/5\right)x+5=\left(1/4\right)x-5$
On rearranging
$\left(1/5\right)x-\left(1/4\right)x=-5-5$
$\left(1/5\right)x-\left(1/4\right)x=-10$
Now taking the L.C.M we get
$(4x-5x)/20=-10$
Again by transposing
$X=200$
