Volume of cylinder $=\pi \times r^2\times h$

$=[\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5\times 60]c{m}^3$

$=2310c{m}^3$

It is known that $1litre=1000c{m}^3$

$\Rightarrow 1c{m}^3=\frac{1}{1000}litre$

$\Rightarrow 2310c{m}^3=\frac{2310}{1000}litre=2.31litre$
