The orthocentre of a triangle is the point of the intersection of the perpendiculars drawn from the vertices to the opposite sides.
Since the the triangle formed by (0,0) , (3,0) and (0,2) is a right-angled triangle so (0,0) is the point of intersection of the perpendicular drawn from the vertices to the opposite sides.
So (0,0) is the orthocentre.
