Solution

The correct option is C Bacillus and cotton ballworm

Mycorrhiza is a symbiotic association between a fungus and vascular host plants. The fungal symbiont in this association absorbs phosphorus from soil and passes it to the plant. Bacillus thurengiensis is a bacteria that has insecticidal properties. The gene responsible for the insecticidal property (cry gene) is incorporated into the target crops through the process of genetic engineering. Upon gene transfer, these recipient crops become resistant to specific pests that would otherwise damage their growth. Biopesticides are certain types of pesticides derived from natural materials such as animals, plants, bacteria, and certain minerals; cyanobacteria are blue green algae which are used as source of protien, they cannot be used to kill pests. Single cell protein is derived from a culture of single-celled organisms, used especially as a food supplement. Rhizobia is a bacteria that is in a symbiotic relationship with leguminous plants. The fixes atmospheric nitrogen in usable form for the plants to make use of and in turn gains protection from other organisms.
