The correct option is C 70 cm
The given figure has 3 polygons.

1. perimeter of polygon containing 5 sides
= number of sides × length of one side
= 5 × 7
= 35 cm

2. perimeter of polygon containing 6 sides
= number of sides × length of one side
= 6 × 7
= 42 cm

3. perimeter of polygon containing 3 sides
= number of sides × length of one side
= 3 × 7
= 21 cm

If you notice they share one side so for the perimeter of the whole figure we need to subtract the length of the common sides side.

perimeter of polygon containing 5 sides
= 35 - 7
= 28 cm
perimeter of polygon containing 6 sides
= 42 - 7 - 7
= 28 cm
perimeter of polygon containing 3 sides
= 21 - 7
= 14 cm

Total perimeter = 28 + 28 + 14
= 70 cm
