Step 1: Find the distance around the curved path.
Given: Radius of the window (r)= $20$ cm
We know that,
Distance around curved path = $\frac{1}{2} \times$ Circumference of circle
⇒ Distance around curved path = $\frac{1}{2} (2 π r)$
⇒ Distance around curved path = $\frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 3.14 \times 20$
$∴$ Distance around curved path = $62.8$ cm

Step 2: Find the perimeter of the window.
∴ Perimeter of window = Distance around curved path + Diameter of window
⇒ Perimeter = $62.8 + (2 \times 20)$
∴ Perimeter of window = $102.8$ cm
Hence, Perimeter of the window is $102.8$ centimeters
