The correct option is A (2,1)
Let's find the ordered pairs for the given equations.

1. x+2y=4
For x=0, we get y=2, the ordered pair is (0,2)
For x=2, we get y=1, the ordered pair is (2,1)


2. 3x-y=5

For x=0, we get y=-5, the ordered pair is (0,-5)

For x=2, we get y=1, the ordered pair is (2,1)


Considering each square box of length 1 unit , we get the graph as below:


The intersection point of the lines is (2,1) which is the solution.
