The correct option is B 4x3
Let's use long division to divide 7+15x13x2+5x3 by 43x+x2
We get quotient(Q)=5x+2 and remainder(R)=x1
Then, the subtracting quotient from remainder is QR or RQ
i.e. x15x2=4x3
Hence, B is correct.
