Let the current flowing in the circuits be $I_1$ and $I_2$ and $I_3$ as shown.

$KVL$ in loop ABDCA :

$-10+I_1\left(1\right)+(I_1+I_2)6+I_1\left(1\right)=0$

$⟹$ $4I_1+3I_2=5$ .......(1)

$KVL$ in loop AEBA :

$-14+(I_1+I_2)6+I_2\left(2\right)=0$

$⟹$ $3I_1+4I_2=2$ .........(2)

Solving (1) and (2) we get,

$I_1=-1A$ and $I_2=2A$

$\therefore$ Voltage difference between A and B,

$V_{AB}=(I_1+I_2)6=(2-1)6=6$ volts
