Let Selling price of $1$ article $=Rsx$
=> Selling price of $5$ articles $=Rs5x$
=> And selling price of $20$ articles $=Rs20x$
Given,
Gain on $20$ articles $=$ Selling price of $5$ articles $=Rs5x$
=> Selling price of $20$ articles $-$ Cost price of $20$ articles $=$ Gain on $20$ articles $=Rs5x$

=> Cost price of $20$ articles $=20x-5x=15x$
Now, Profit % $=\frac{S.P.-C.P.}{C.P.}\times 100=\frac{20x-15x}{15x}\times 100=\frac{5}{15}\times 100=33\frac{1}{3}$ %
