$\therefore \pi r^2=186.34$

$\Rightarrow r^2=186.34\times \frac{7}{22}$

$\Rightarrow r=\sqrt{8.47\times 7}$

$\Rightarrow r=\sqrt{59.29}=7.7cm$

Therefore,

Circumference of circle $=2\pi r=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7.7=48.4cm$
