The correct option is C 33 cm
Given:
The radii of two circles are r1=15 cm & r2=18 cm.

To find out:
The radius r of the circle whose circumference C=C1+C2.

Solution:
We have C1=2πr1 & C2=2πr2.

The resulting circumference C=2πr=C1+C2=2π(r1+r2)
=2π(15+18) cm=66π cm.

We have, 2πr=66πr=662 cm=33 cm.
