cost of one pencil = 18/12 = rs1.5
cost of 8 pens = 104
cost of one pen = 104/8 = rs. 13
Ratio of the cost of a pen / Ratio of the cost of a pencil = 13 /1.5 = 130/15 = 26 / 3 .
