Density of iron = $7800 k g / m^{3}$ , density of wood = $800 k g / m^{3}$ and density of air= $1.293 k g m^{3}$

$T = m g$
Tension=spring balance reading
both have $m g = 10$
so both have same reading
$∴ \frac{T_{1}}{T_{2}} = 1$
