$2 x^{2} - 7 x - 39 = 0$ [ Expressing as $a x^{2} + b x + c = 0$ ]
Now, by using the method of factorization
$\to$ $2 x^{2} - 13 x + 6 x - 39 = 0$
$x (2 x - 13) + 3 (2 x - 13) = 0$
$(2 x - 13) (x + 3) = 0$
$2 x - 13 = 0, o r x + 3 = 0$
