The correct option is C $8, 8$
Given equation is $x^{2} - 16 x + 6 = 0$
$\Rightarrow x^{2} - 2 (8) x + 8^{2} = 0$
This is the case of $(x - a)^{2} = x^{2} - 2 a x + a^{2}$
Therefore, $(x - 8)^{2} = 0$
$\Rightarrow x = 8, 8$
