$\Rightarrow$ $x=\frac{-4\sqrt{3}\pm \sqrt{48-48}}{8}$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=\frac{-4\sqrt{3}\pm \sqrt{0}}{8}$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=\frac{-4\sqrt{3}}{8}$
$\therefore x=-\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$
