On rearranging the equation $\frac{x}{1.5}+\frac{y}{0.5}=1$ to the general form of the line $y=mx+c$ where $m$ is the slope and $c$ is $y$intercept., we get

$\frac{x}{1.5}+\frac{y}{0.5}=1$

$\Rightarrow \frac{y}{0.5}=1-\frac{x}{1.5}$

$\Rightarrow y=0.5-\frac{(0.5)x}{1.5}$

$\Rightarrow y=-\frac{x}{3}+0.5$

Comparing with the standard equation, we get

$m=-\frac{1}{3}$ and $c=0.5$

Hence, the slope and the $y$intercept made by the line $\frac{x}{1.5}+\frac{y}{0.5}=1$ is $-\frac{1}{3}$ and $0.5$ respectively.
