Given , the linear equation is $\frac{x}{3} = 2____________(1)$
Multiplying $3$ on the both side of the given equation , we get
$\Rightarrow \frac{x}{3} \times 3 = 2 \times 3$
$\Rightarrow x = 6$
So, the required solution of the equation is $x = 6$ .
Check :- Putting $x = 6$ in the given equation $(1)$ ,
LHS $= \frac{6}{3}$
$= 2$
Since, LHS $=$ RHS $=$ $2$
Hence, solution is verified.
