The correct option is A

(-2, 3)


3x-y+9=0…(I)

3x+4y-6=0..(II)

From the equation I we get,

y=3x+9

Substituting this value of y in equation II we get,

3x+4(3x+9)-6=0

⇒15x+30=0

⇒x=-2

Substituting this value of y in equation I we get,

y=3

Hence the solution is (-2, 3).
