Below Region diagonal 1 $\to$ no. is 6
Sum of numbers between $d_{1} & d_{2} \to$ 8 + 1 + 8 = 17 $\to$ units place 7
Add ten's digit number of above to the sum of numbers
between $D_{2} & D_{2} \to$ 1 + 0 +4 + 0 = 5
number = square of 24 = 5 7 6
