(i) 85 ends in 5.

Now, 8 × (8 + 1) = 72

∴ 85² = 7225

(ii) 115 ends in 5.

Now, 11 × (11 + 1) = 132

∴ 115² = 13225

(iii) 165 ends in 5.

Now, 16 × (16 + 1) = 272

∴ 165² =27225
