Two angles whose sum is 180° are called supplementary angles.

(i) Supplement of 42° = 180° − 42° = 138°

(ii) Supplement of 90° = 180° − 90° = 90°

(iii) Supplement of 124° = 180° − 124° = 56°

(iv) $\frac{3}{5}\text{of a right angle}\Rightarrow \left(\frac{3}{5}\times 90\right)=54°$
Supplement of $\frac{3}{5}\text{of a right angle}=\left(180-54\right)°=126°$
