Surface area = CSA of cylinder + CSA
of cone + Base area
$= 2 π r h + π r l + π r^{2} = 2 π (5) (20) + π (5) (11) + π (5)^{2} = π \times 5 (40 + 11 + 5) = \frac{22}{7} \times 5 \times 56 = 880 {cm}^{2}$
