$V_{O_2}=\sqrt{\frac{3R{T}_{O_2}}{M}}=\sqrt{\frac{3R\times 273}{32}}$
Given $V_{H_2}=V_{O_2}$
$\therefore \sqrt{\frac{3R{T}_{H_2}}{2}}=\sqrt{\frac{3\times 273\times R}{32}}$
$\therefore T_{H_2}=\frac{273}{16}$
