Let the third vertex be C (x, y)

If (0, 3) is mid- point of BC then (x+52)=0 (or) x = - 5, (y+22)=3, y=4.

(x, y) = (-5, 4)

If (0, 3) is midpoint of AC then (x12)=0, x=1

(y+42)=3, y + 4 = 6, y = 2

(x, y) = (1, 2)

(-5, 4) and (1, 2) are possible answers.
