Solution

Dear student,

Consider the three consecutive odd number be 2x+1, 2x+3 and 2x+5According to the given condition, 2x+1+2x+3+2x+5 = 147 6x+9= 147 6x = 138 x = 23 So, the odd numbers are, 2x+1 = 2×23+1=46+1=47 2x+3=2×23+3=46+3 = 49 and 2x+5=2× 23+5=46+5=51Hence, 47, 49 and 51 are the three consecutive odd number whose sum is equal to 147
