Given, $D = 28 m$

So, fencing will be equal to the Perimeter of circle.

$∴$ Length $= π D = \frac{22}{7} \times 28 m$

Also, given that cost $= 2300 Rs/m$

$∴$ Total cost $= 2300 \times \frac{22 \times 28}{7}$

Cost $= 28914.3 Rs$
