Find the total surface are of a hemisphere and a solid hemisphere each of radius 10 cm.

(i) Radius of hemisphere = 10 cm
$\therefore$ Total surface area of hemisphere $=2\pi r^2$
$=2\times 3.14\times 10\times 10c{m}^2$

$=628c{m}^2$
(ii) Total surface area of solid hemisphere
$=3\pi r^2=3\times 3.14\times 10\times 10c{m}^2=942c{m}^2$
