Given that $l=20cm$, $b=12cm$, $h=9cm$

$\therefore T.S.A=2(lb+bh+lh)$

$=2\left[\right(20\times 12)+(12\times 9)+(20\times 9\left)\right]$

$=2(240+108+180)$

$=2\times 528$

$\therefore T.S.A$$=1056c{m}^2$
